Registration Policy

• The full registration fee is required to be paid by credit card at the time of registration.
• Every paper must have at least one paid non-student registration (i.e., the student registration is not sufficient) before July 1, 2026 in order to be included in the conference proceedings.
• Authors with multiple papers must pay one non-student registration fee for each paper.

Refund Policy

• If you are the only author who paid a full registration fee for a paper that has already been included in the conference proceedings, you cannot ask for a refund.
• Cancellation by July 5, 2026: 50% refund of paid registration fee.
• Cancellation after July 5, 2026: No refund. However, you may substitute another person for your registration at any time.

Paper Presentation

Every paper must be presented by one of the authors in-person at the conference in order to be included in the conference proceedings and indexed by the Ei Compendex. This requirement cannot be satisfied by a guest presenter who is not a co-author of the paper; such papers will not be eligible for publication or the indexing service. Please send emails to SCIoT Secretariat with sufficient justification in the event of extraordinary circumstances that would make the above requirement impossible.
